Visa for Sweden
Visa applications are by appointment:
Monday from 09:00 to 10:00
Tuesday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Documents required for a Schengen visa, Sweden destination :
• Application for Schengen visa duly completed and signed .
•
1 recent passport photograph , size : 3 cm x 4 cm.
• Form "Family details Appendix to your Application No. 239011 .
• Invitation
a) family visit :
- Form "Invitation and Questionnaire Regarding Have you a person wishes to visit you in Sweden Application No. 237011 angl./236011 sued . .

Personbevis ( familjebevis ) , so applying it to several people in Sweden must provide each and personbevis document proving the family relationship ( family book ets )
- marriage certificate of Applicant
b ) to visit business , mission, conference , or sport:
- Appendix A, invitation referent in Sweden , mission statement or letter from the Royal Federation of Sports for athletes.
• Evidence of professional activity, etc. :
a) to officials / employees / employees:
A certificate of employment and wages as well as the decision to leave. Photocopy Map C.N.S.S. for employees and employees.
b) for merchants and professionals :
Photocopying trade register and license.
c ) for students and children :
School certificate and notarized parental consent for a minor child , if the child is not traveling with both parents or not accompanying relative.
• Proof of funding:
The last 3 bank statements. and a copy of the latest payslip referent .
• Passport valid (3 months after the validity of the requested visa ) and A4 photocopies of the first six pages of the passport, and the first page to the new passport and any stamps in the passport.
• Proof of travel insurance for the period requested ( Axa, Mondial Assistance , Morocco Assistance or Swedish travel insurance ) .
• Additional documents may be requested by the Embassy.
All visa applicants must appear in person , provided mandatory parts mentioned above classified in the order indicated above . The presence of children is compulsory form independent visa application must be completed for each child .
The visa application may be filed up to 3 months in advance , a minimum of 10 days is required . The withdrawal of the passport is between 15h and 16h , the date specified when submitting the visa application .
A complete application does not guarantee a visa (see www.migrationsverket.se ) .
